ÉLAN Oxidant 1% is a professional oxidant designed to be mixed with ÉLAN eyebrow gel colors. Thanks to the optimal concentration of hydrogen peroxide, it helps to create an even coloring mixture that gently tones the hairs while leaving an intense and long-lasting imprint on the skin.
The formula enriched with argan oil and hydrolyzed collagen helps protect the hairs during the coloring process and promotes their better appearance.

Usage:
- Clean and degrease eyebrows.
- Mix ÉLAN gel color with oxidant in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic bowl.

- Remove with a cotton swab moistened with water.
