ÉLAN Flash Tint is a professional direct pigment designed for quick and even eyebrow dyeing without the use of an oxidant. Thanks to its special composition, it provides an intense imprint on the skin within the first minute of application while maintaining the natural pH of the skin.
The color is ideal after eyebrow lamination or hair lightening and is also great for the modern hair-stroke technique. The pigment does not weigh down the hairs and, thanks to caring ingredients, helps keep the eyebrows and skin hydrated and protected.
